Dhillons used to be a great takeaway, the quality is now poor. I ordered a kind mixed kebab and the naan bread was dry, you are now so stingy with the chilli sauce, 1 tiny pot of sauce. I won't be back.

i asked for the wrap to have nothing but chicken but it had salad in it

Delivery driver never had the right change

Diner kabab was that small I eat it in 5 to 6 bites. Never had one this small before. Unsure what happened.

The pizza was very tasty but was Luke warm. Chips were undercooked and the portion was very meagre.

Ordered a king size mixed kebab, there was only 1 small piece of lamb inside the mixed kebab.

Not been delivered

Food is not how it used to be. The Pakora is totally different & for me not a nice flavour anymore. Pakora sauce different too. Portions are a lot smaller. You used to get it in a lovely box with lemon & it was so fresh. Sorry to write a negative review but this is the 2nd time I have ordered recently & I have not enjoyed the food.

Food was a few minutes later than advised which is fine. Chips were a big soggy and sweaty. Other than that it was fine.

We order from Dhillon's in Deans weekly and have done so for years, but last night, although the service and delivery was excellent as normal, the two meals were poor. First, the chicken Kabab, we order the plain one, yet last night the one they delivered was the spicy one, which meant my wife struggled to eat it and did not enjoy it. Then my kabab, I get a normal doner kabab, it comes made up, sauce always sperate, looks nice, tastes nice. Yet, last night for some reason they added the sauce, which turned the Kabab into mush, everything was soft and the bread was all soggy. It just was not a nice and enjoyable meal.

Got it right

Took 1 hr 40 mins to delivery x2 dinner wraps. Phoned the restaurant to ask where my order is he took my number and said he would call back 15mins later still no food or call so called back for the guy to hardly care and said he doesn't know what's happened and questioning me whether I order from him which I then gave him order number. Finally driver came food was cold and extremely soggy had to rip the paper off my wrap. Called restaurant again to say I wasn't happy with order and he said phone back tomorrow for a fresh one. What service is that ? I said I wanted a refund still no refund placed will be calling again today

Don't ever read special requests nan bread hardly cooked went in bed.other than that food ok

Apparently they did not receive my order, I called the shop after waiting an hour for the guy to tell me there was nothing he could do, he then hang the phone up on me. Eventually I spoke with another man who told me there was nothing they could do as head office was closed, after telling him I had 3 hungry kids he said come to the shop and show me your confirmation and I will give you the food. I said no, I have paid delivery you bring me the food and I will show you it when you arrive, it took quite a bit of persuasion and it was very frustrating but eventually he agreed. I then waited a further 35minutes, so nearly 2 hours in total and when he came to the door I tried to show him my confirmation and he didn’t want to see it.

After 1 hour 20 i phoned to be told my delivery was out with driver 50 min later still no food phoned shop to be told they dont have a record of my delivery after almost 2 hours 40 from when i first ordered i recvied my food very disappointed in the service i received food was ok not worth the 2 hours 40 wait though

Much better than last time glad I gave it another shot food was much better quality

I'm a usual customer but this was disgusting under cooked chips soggy chicken pakora everything soggy usually really nice but that's really put me off

Ordered food took 1 hour to come, when I called to ask person was cheeky on the phone said it’s not been 1 hour so there’s obviously a problem with online orders they said it only came thru 2 them 30 mins ago, still culd have been politer. 16yr old son answered the door an the delivery driver had the cheek to comment on him not tipping. Wuldnt order from here again customer service absolutely shocking.

I ordered a large mixed kebab containing 3 different meats This consisted of donar kebab meat Chicken tikka Lamb tikka But I'm afraid the portions were way off with only 2 pieces of lamb definitely not 3equal portions of meat very disappointed with this

the wedges where cold the burger was cold and there was 6 wedges per meal

Food was shocking, tasted like it was microwaved. Took 2 hours to come and all went in the bin. Never again. What happened to this place?

Food arrived late, food wasn’t very warm and a part of the order was missing. I called the Deans branch to advise 4 meals ordered and should have come with 4 drinks but only 3 were in the bag. They got a driver to drop one drink off at my house (too late to have with my meal) but it wasn’t the drink Iordered, but the driver said well that’s the one I’ve got! Not very customer friendly! Feel a bit let down by Dhillion’s tonight!
